The Korea Tourism Organization introduced travel packages for UNESCO World Heritage sites in Korea for Japanese tourists. The package include guided tours to nine heritage sites including Jongmyo Shrine, Seokguram Grotto and Bulguk Temple, Changdeokgung Palace and Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. If guided tours are not available to certain sites, they provide guidebooks. The KTO also issues a “passport” to travelers in which they can receive stamps upon their arrival to the sites.

The package is only available for Japanese tourists for now but is expected to be offered to travel operators in other countries in the future. The package price ranges from 50,000 yen to 186,000 yen ($620 to $2,300) depending on the period of stay and number of sites visited.
