International Football Education is offering a free soccer clinic for kids in Busan on Saturday.
The expat run soccer school is Seoul-based but is considering some activities in Busan.
The clinic is for boys and girls aged 7-13, with slightly different activities depending on age.
Phil Nieland, one of the founders of IFE, said that the clinic would offer a taste of what the academy usually does, with the emphasis for younger kids on a fun introduction to soccer.
“For the older kids there are a few kids that have told us that they’re interested in more serious football so we’re going to do that with the older kids,” he said. “It’s more like professional training at that age.”
The clinic will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Jangsan Park in the east of the city.
Those with children wishing to attend should contact info@ifesoccer.com or 010-2500-7828 with the child’s name, date of birth and a contact number.
