Volunteers are needed to help out on Canada Day in Seoul.
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (CanCham) is seeking about 20 passionate Canadians to help it celebrate the event. Assistance is needed for everything from heavy lifting to serving beer and playing with kids at the barbecue. The family-friendly celebration will serve up Canadian food and drinks at the Canadian Embassy’s Schofield Hall in Seoul on July 1 from 3:30-6:30 p.m.
Entry to the event costs 35,000 won for non-members, 30,000 won for members and 5,000 won children.
Those wishing to attend as a guest or volunteer should first register by e-mailing pr@canchamkorea.org or go to www.canchamkorea.org for more information.
