Park Ji-sung named goodwill ambassador for Yeosu Expo

Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung was named goodwill ambassador for the Yeosu Expo which kicks off May 12.
The expo organizing committee said Wednesday that it handed a plaque of entrustment to Park in the football team’s press room along with expo volunteer t-shirts and mascot dolls.
A promotional video of Park will soon be disclosed on the expo website at www.expo2012.kr.
“I will do my best to promote the expo so people from around the world can come,” Park said, promising to visit the expo site when the English premier league schedule finishes in May.
Park plans to do media interviews and shoot advertisements for the Yeosu Expo.
