The Camarata Music Company Chorale is looking for voices to add to its ranks ahead of its September concert in Seoul.
The list of pieces to be performed ranges from jazz standards and classical pop music to video game tunes and world music.
Rehearsals begin on July 24 and the concert is on Sept. 3. There will be six rehearsals before the concert, with one of them being a longer, more intensive rehearsal.
All new members will have to sing very briefly immediately before the first rehearsal to allow organizers to place them in the correct section. However, they stress that the only requirement is to be able to sing in tune.
CMC is a non-profit group that provides opportunities for people of all backgrounds to perform classical music together.
Those who are interested in getting involved should contact Ryan Goessl at camaratamusic@gmail.com or (010) 9806-8655. For more information on CMC visit its website at www.camaratamusic.com.
