The New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea will host wine tasting events in Seoul and Busan as part of its New Zealand Wine Festival this month.
The event is in its fifth year in Seoul. Based on its success, the chamber says, the Busan event has been added this year. They will offer 80 red and white wines from 25 wineries.
“The mission of The Kiwi Chamber is to continuously assist in promoting New Zealand industries, and our vast array of vintage wines provides us an excellent vehicle to achieve a large portion of that goal,” said Lewis Patterson, chairman of The Kiwi Chamber.
“As a flagship event of The Kiwi Chamber, our aim is to deliver a New Zealand Wine Experience where quality is found in every glass,” he added.
The first event runs from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday at the Waterfall Garden of the Grand Hyatt Seoul and the second is from 6-10 p.m. at Park Hyatt Busan on May 25.
Tickets to the events are 90,000 won for non-members and 75,000 won for Kiwi Chamber and DINE@HYATT members.
