Dinner concert at Ritz-Carlton Seoul

The Ritz-Carlton Seoul will host a lively dinner concert featuring Latin music to celebrate the end of the year. “Viva 2014” on Dec. 31 will feature a performance from acclaimed countertenor Lee Dong-gyu. The dinner will begin with a six-course meal featuring dishes such as halibut with lemon balsamic dressing, herb ricotta cannelloni with beef steak, and much more. The performance will begin at 8 p.m. featuring popular remakes of Michael Buble, such as “Sway,” “Besame Mucho,” and Quizas Quizas” as well as other Latin songs such as “El Dia Que Me Quieras.” Guests will also have a chance at a lucky draw to win hotel and restaurant vouchers. Christmas exhibition at Lotte Hotel Gallery

Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Lotte Hotel Gallery will invite six renowned artists for the “Dreamy Christmas Exhibition” from Dec. 20 to Jan. 8. The exhibition will display various Christmas-themed pieces by artists including Jeong Seong-won, Kim Eun-ki, Park Hyun-woong, Cho Myung-sik and Han A-reum. The gallery will also hold a special event where visitors can write messages on postcards printed with the various works of the featured artists, and drop it into a postbox. Celebrate the season at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Grand Ambassador Seoul’s buffet restaurant The King’s is offering a festive promotion of French delicacies until Jan. 31. The menu was designed by Patrice Guibert, Ambassador Group’s head French chef, and will introduce classic dishes such as beef bourguignon, turkey, roasted duck and more. Christmas desserts such as Christmas cake with cranberries, brandy custard, buche de noel, carrot cake, and dried fruit pound cake will also be available. The buffet is priced at 67,000 won for lunch, and 75,000 won for dinner. A special Christmas Eve dinner will feature lobster thermidor with unlimited sparkling wine.
