Hong Kong cuisine at Sheraton Incheon Hotel


Sheraton Incheon Hotel’s traditional Chinese restaurant YUE is presenting authentic Hong Kong cuisine from March 13 to 22. Two chefs have been invited from Jockey Club, one of the most prestigious social clubs in Hong Kong, for this special promotion. Chef Lap Sun Chan is currently associated with Cook-Po Chun Kitchen and won the silver award in the vegetable category of the 2011 Best of the Best Culinary Awards. Chef Kam Ho Lee is a highly renowned master of Hong Kong-style barbecue. The menu will offer a variety of authentic regional cuisine including Yunnan Fish with ham sauce, abalone and scallops, beef tenderloin with special wasabi sauce, and magnificent braised fish along with various seafood dishes, Hong Kong barbecue, and an assortment of delectable desserts. Business lunch buffet at Lotte Hotel Seoul


Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Italian restaurant Peninsula is offering a business lunch buffet until Nov. 30. A variety of some 40 different dishes will be served on weekdays and weekends from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 49,000 won. The buffet will be set up on the terrace, which is designed in the style of a European sidewalk cafe. The Italian brunch includes soup, smoked salmon salad, charcuteries, Roman-style polenta and more. Guests can customize their own pasta at the pasta station. A dessert selection of cakes and seasonal fruits will also be available. Steak is provided at an additional charge of 25,000 won. Italian chef Sebastiano Giangregorio recommends the octopus, potato and olive salad, potato gnocchi with homemade sausages and tomato sauce, and pork meatballs. Overnight package deals at Sheraton Grande Walkerhill


The Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, is presenting two overnight package deals from March 1 until May 30. The Blooming Walkerhill package starts from 172,000 won and comes with a one-night stay in the cottage-style Douglas Room and continental breakfast. The Festive Walkerhill package starts at 229,000 won and includes a one-night stay in the Deluxe Room and a choice between a breakfast buffet or in-room breakfast. All prices are set for two persons. Guests can also visit Hill Street Festival that runs from March to May at the hotel. ‘Ladies who Lunch’ at Park Hyatt Seoul Hotel


Park Hyatt Seoul Hotel’s restaurant Cornerstone is presenting a three-course weekday special lunch for women from Feb. 2 to May 31. The “Ladies who Lunch” menu starts off with a salad with homemade dressing that diners can garnish to their taste. Guests can choose a dressing and four ingredients from olives, eggs, tomatoes, bacon chips, avocados and more. It is followed by a selection of seasonal main course choices including a fish of the day, squid ink spaghetti, bottarga linguine, mozzarella tortelli, steak sandwich and a Cornerstone beef burger. Five kinds of mini desserts will be served. Menu selections rotate each week and are available for parties of two or more ladies. Imperial Palace Seoul is presenting its “Spring of Marsala” overnight package for the upcoming spring from Feb. 27 to June 7.
