Cloudy Bay wine festival at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel is presenting New Zealand’s Cloudy Bay wines at Cafe 395 during April and May. Having produced its first wine in 1985, Cloudy Bay is a still young but rapidly rising winery that has brought acclaim to New Zealand’s Marlborough wine region. The wines offered are part of Cloudy Bay’s Rare Nature series, a collaborative endeavor with artist Flox (Hayley King) that celebrates the country’s natural environment and the stunning flora and fauna of the Marlborough region. Encased in exquisitely crafted limited edition boxes, the Sauvignon Blanc will be available for 19,800 won a glass and 82,000 won a bottle, while the Chardonnay is offered at 21,800 won a glass and 88,000 won a bottle. Chinese cuisine at JW Marriott Seoul


JW Marriott Hotel Seoul’s all-day dining restaurant The Cafe is offering a spring promotion featuring a selection of popular Chinese dishes from April 11 to 26. Appetizers such as cold seafood salad, scallop salad with mustard dressing, soft Chinese-style steamed eggplant, fried shredded pork in black bean sauce (jingjiang rousi), braised shredded pork in soy sauce (wuxiang rousi), and crabmeat soup will be served. Main dishes include beef fried with bean sprouts, Sichuan-style fried eel, seafood scorched rice soup, spicy fried mussels, kung pao chicken, blue crab in chili sauce, and more. ‘Spring Family Package’ at Grand Hilton Seoul


The Grand Suite, the serviced residence located adjacent to the Grand Hilton Seoul Hotel, is presenting the “Spring Family Package” for families seeking a relaxing and educational escape. Package I, priced at 175,000 won, is for three people. Package II is priced at 215,000 won, and covers four people, while Package III, priced at 265,000 won is for six people. All packages offer a one-night stay at the Grand Suite, breakfast at the buffet restaurant, complimentary use of the swimming pool and gym, a 50 percent discount on sauna and tickets to the Seodaemun Museum of Natural History, which features geological information on the local environment. Lobster rolls and abalone tart at Lotte Seoul


Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Toh Lim and Delica-Hans are opening a pop-up store at Lotte Department Main Store’s food hall. From April 8 to 23, the store will be offering lobster rolls and abalone tart, which have recently taken New York and Hong Kong by storm. Chili and wasabi-mayo lobster rolls will be available at 12,000 won each, baked by Delica-Hans pastry chefs with lobsters flown in directly from Maine, U.S. Also sold will be abalone tart, a signature dim sum of a three Michelin-star restaurant in Hong King, and egg tart, an iconic Macau treat from Lord Stow’s Bakery. ‘Cherry Blossom Lounge Party’ at Grand Hyatt Seoul


Grand Hyatt Seoul’s Japanese restaurant Akasaka is presenting the “Cherry Blossom Lounge Party” to celebrate the full bloom of April cherry blossoms. The party will provide a fun experience for those seeking to network for business, romantic lovers and partygoers alike. Diverse genres of house music will be played by DJ Bonnie 6 alongside carefully prepared Japanese canaps, sake, wine and other delicacies. Furthermore, designer Park Yun-hee will showcase a fashion show titled “Greedilous” where viewers can participate in a lucky draw event with various prizes, including a night’s stay at Grand Hyatt Seoul.
