Jo In-sung dismissed the notion that EXO’s D.O. won his part in SBS’ new rom-com series “It’s Okay, That’s Love” due to the immense popularity of the K-pop boy band.
“(D.O.) has great potential … I was surprised,” said the actor in a press conference for the rom-com held at the Imperial Palace Seoul in southeastern Seoul on Tuesday. The drama features Jo and actress Gong Hyo-jin, as well as EXO’s D.O. and actors Lee Kwang-soo and Sung Dong-il.
“I hope the (drama) can show his talents as an actor,” he added. The drama is D.O.’s rom-com series debut.

The 21-year-old singer also won the hearts of all the actors and the production team.
Actress Gong Hyo-jin, who starred in the drama with Jo, complained that she did not have much time to be with D.O. because his part was mostly played with Jo, and not with her.
“He (D.O.) is so cute. His eyes are incredibly shiny and … ever so cute,” the actress said, smiling.
