Dwight School Seoul will host an open house on Saturday for families of prospective students, officials said Monday.

The event is intended for families of children aged 3 to 18 and will be held at the campus in Sangam-dong, western Seoul. It will continue from 10 a.m. to noon.

“The Dwight School Seoul Open House is the perfect opportunity to experience all we have to offer,” said Lucy Kenneally, PR and Marketing officer for Dwight School Seoul.

Kevin Skeoch, head of Dwight Seoul, will introduce the school. Participants will also be presented with an overview of both the Upper School and Lower School by the principals.

According to Kenneally, Dwight is the only school in Seoul offering the entire IB continuum: the Primary Years Program, Middle Years Program and Diploma Program, which will be introduced by IB Coordinators during the event.

The mission of Dwight School Seoul is to provide an international education at the highest recognized academic standards, she explained.

“No two students are alike. Our focus on personalized learning caters to individual student needs to ignite their spark of genius. Kindling their interests, we develop inquisitive, informed, self-aware, and ethical citizens who will build a better world,” Kenneally said. “A state-of-the-art campus with technology and science labs, music rooms, art studios, a recording studio and an indoor climbing wall are all designed to engage students and prepare them for university.”

Dwight School Seoul is a part of the Dwight School family, a global network of schools that allows students to connect between New York, London, Canada and Beijing. Dwight School Seoul is as a nondenominational community that is committed to celebrating diversity and promoting intercultural experiences.
