The K-ICT Born2Global Center, a startup incubator affiliated with the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, announced on Monday that one of its member companies, ASD Korea, will supply Cloudike, its cloud service, to Indosat, a leading telecommunications company in Indonesia.

With 70 million mobile phone subscribers, Indosat is the second largest telecommunications service and network provider in Indonesia. 

This supply contract represents ASD Korea’s success in exploring Southeast Asian markets, having already established itself in Korea, Russia, and Turkey, and is a major step toward the company’s goal of securing a leading position in enterprise cloud services.

Cloudike will be launched as Indosat’s basic mobile application, allowing the users of Indosat’s services to upload their contact details, photos, videos, phone calls, and text messages.

ASD Korea President Lee Sun-ung said, “Indosat is an industry leader providing services and infrastructure across Indonesia. I am confident that the excellent cloud service of ASD Korea and solid brand recognition of Indosat will come together to produce remarkable results.”
