Those seeking the language support can dial 1332, which will connect them with foreign language experts who provide translations.
The languages provided are: Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Mongolian, Indonesian, French, Bengali, Urdu, Russian, Nepalese, Kmer, Burmese, German, Spanish, Filipino, Arabic and Sri Lankan.
