More than 122,000 people flocked to the Seoul Motor Show in the first two days, organizers said Sunday.
A total of 122,791 visitors came to the biennial event on Friday and Saturday, a similar head count compared with the previous one held in 2013, according to the Seoul Motor Show's organizing committee.
About 650,000 people are expected to visit the show, the largest of its kind in South Korea featuring the latest cars and technologies from the country and abroad, up 50,000 from the previous event.
The event, held under the theme of "Experience the Technology, Feel the Artistry" at the Korea International Exhibition Center in Ilsan, north of Seoul, will showcase some 370 cars from more than 30 brands, including five passenger automakers based in South Korea.
The 10-day motor show will be held through April 12 and will run from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. during weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. (Yonhap)
