South Korean actor Jung Kyung-ho said Tuesday that he is in a good relationship with his girlfriend Sooyoung, a member of the K-pop girl group Girls’ Generation. But he has no plans for marriage just yet. 

The 31-year-old actor’s remarks came during an interview with local media ahead of the premiere of his film “Manhole.”

Asked about his marriage plans with Sooyoung, the actor said that he had not decided anything but he could get married early if there was a chance. 

Jung also talked about Sooyoung’s acting. “I enjoy watching Sooyoung’s drama. I don’t give her advice on acting. ... I am not good enough,” he said. The 23-year-old idol is playing the female lead in the drama “The Spring Days of My Life.”

“When I am done with filming for the current drama, I would like to climb Mt. Everest,” he added. 

Jung and Sooyoung, who had been close friends since 2012, confirmed in January that they were an item.

Jung is shooting the romantic drama “Endless Love.” His thriller film “Manhole,” in which he plays a serial killer living under a manhole in the city, is to be screened nationwide on Oct. 8.
