Cube Entertainment also unveiled the jacket image of “Act 7” on its official social media sites Thursday, following the release of a teaser image on the previous day announcing the group’s return after a yearlong hiatus.
The jacket image is based on the concept of Amazons, the group of female warriors from stories of ancient Greece, Cube Entertainment said, with the members clad in hip-hop outfits including boxy tracksuits and bandanas.
All the members of 4Minute participated in the production of “Act 7,” including in writing the songs, creating the choreography and styling, according to the group’s agency. The group’s collaboration with American star DJ Skrillex also raises the level of expectations for the latest album.
