The Herald Philharmonic Orchestra will take stage alongside a number of special guests, including K-pop ballad powerhouses Gummy and JK Kim Dong-wook and soprano singer Shin Della.

The orchestra’s upcoming sold-out “Nalrari Concert” is being held Sept. 3 at 5 p.m. at the Inje Haneulnaerin Center’s Grand Theater in Inje-gun, Gangwon Province. Seats to the concert sold out within the first week of ticket sales.

On Feb. 1, the Herald Phil signed a cultural exchange partnership agreement with the Inje Cultural Foundation in an effort to help promote cultural events to the residents of Inje-gun.

This weekend’s concert is the second performance taking place under the agreement.

The Herald Phil’s previous performance at the Inje Haneulnaerin Center on June 3 featuring Lee Sun-hee, Jo Sung-mo and ballad singer Shin Jae sold out its 686 seats within 15 minutes of sales opening.

“We are so happy to have this be our second sold-out concert that we are staging in collaboration with the Herald Philharmonic Orchestra,” said Kim Jung-su, concert organizer for the Inje Cultural Foundation, in an official press statement.

Conductor Kim Bong-mee will lead the orchestra’s performance on Saturday.
