Southwest came in sixth and Cathay Pacific ranked ninth. Korean carrier Asiana Airlines ranked 11th. Some of the innovations Air New Zealand launched include “Skycouches” in Economy, “inner” and “outer” Spaceseats in Premium Economy, food and drinks ordering via the IFE system, an in-flight concierge hosting wine tasting and storytelling for kids in the galley, the company said.
