Busan-based International Cultural Exchange Association is looking for participants for its fall semester cultural exchange program.
ICEA will pair 24 Korean students with 24 foreign participants to take part in cultural activities through a buddy system.
The activities for the term include a Templestay, attending the Busan International Film Festival and painting a mural.
“It’s a really good chance to not only make Korean friends but also exchange cultures,” said Rachel Miller, who helps run the program.
“I participated last semester as a group member and am really good friends now with my Korean buddy and other members of ICEA as well.”
Foreign applicants do not need to be students, and the Korean participants are tested for English before they are accepted.
