Grand Hilton Seoul will hold its 2011 Oktoberfest German beer festival on Sept. 23-24, offering unlimited German beer. With the Paulaner Oktoberfest Band flying directly from Munich, Paulaner beer will be provided at the hotel’s Convention Center. The traditional spread includes cold dishes such as frikadellen, Waldorf salad and a smoked fish platter, as well as hearty soups. Crispy pork leg with apple bacon sauce, roasted duck with red cabbage and a selection of German sausages will also be provided. Participants can also purchase raffle tickets for a lucky draw to win Lufthansa Air tickets, hotel vouchers and 2011 F1 Korea Grand Prix Tickets. Tickets cost 120,000 Korean won per person.
