오디션 프로그램 ‘슈퍼스타 K2’ 우승자 출신 가수 허각이 컴백에 앞서 신곡 ‘모노드라마’의 티저 뮤직비디오를 공개했다.

소속사 큐브엔터테인먼트는 월요일 같은 오디션 프로그램 출신인 유승우가 출연한 허각의 컴백 뮤직비디오를 유튜브에 공개했다. 이 티저 영상에는 녹음 과정의 두 사람을 담은 비하인드 스토리가 포함됐다.

앞선 1월 14일 허각은 트위터에 유승우와의 콜라보레이션을 암시하는 글을 올리며 두 사람이 곡 작업을 하며 함께 소파에 앉아 있는 사진을 첨부했다.

앞서 유승우가 ‘슈퍼스타 K4’에 출전하던 당시 허각은 트위터를 통해 유승우를 응원하는 글을 올린 바 있다. 허각은 유승우가 탈락한 후에도 그를 응원하며 가수로서의 자질을 칭찬했다.

큐브엔터테인먼트 측은 “허각의 새 앨범이 다음달 초 발매될 예정이다. 앨범 발매에 앞서 컴백곡 ‘모노드라마’를 공개하게 됐다. 이 곡은 유승우와의 콜라보레이션 작업을 통해 만들어졌다”고 밝혔다.

큐브엔터테인먼트의 한 관계자는 본래 허각의 앨범이 작년 9월 발매될 예정이었으나 올해 2월로 연기됐다고 밝힌 바 있다. (코리아헤럴드)

Huh Gak and Yoo Seung-woo releases ‘Mono Drama’

Singer Huh Gak has released a music video teaser for his comeback track “Mono Drama.”

On Jan. 21, A Cube Entertainment released Huh’s comeback video on YouTube featuring Yoo Seung-woo, a contestant on the television talent show series, “Superstar K4.” The teaser shows behind-the-scenes footage of Huh and Yoo recording the track together.

On Jan 14, Huh, the winner of the “Superstar K2,” hinted at a possible collaboration with Yoo on Twitter. He tweeted, “I finally met Yoo Seung-woo, who I worked so hard to cheer on,” and shared a picture of the two sitting on a sofa, working on a song together.

Huh previously shared his thoughts on Yoo on his Twitter while Yoo was a contestant on “Superstar K4. “Yoo Seung-woo is awesome. Hopefully he has gotten over the adjustment period.” Even after Yoo’s elimination, Huh tweeted, “Yoo Seung-woo, you did well,” showing his support for the talented singer. 

“Huh Gak will release his album early next month. And prior to the album’s release, we decided to show ‘Mono Drama’ to the public. This track is a careful collaboration with Yoo,” A Cube Entertainment said.

An A Cube Entertainment official told the media that Huh had intended to release the album in Sept. 2012, right after the release of “Sick,” but its release was pushed back to February.
