The hotel’s Café Amiga offers various new menus prepared with strawberries through May 31. The menus include flower and sprout bibimbap, strawberry juice, strawberries with cream and strawberry banana juice. Prices range from 9,000 won to 15,000 won. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

The Ritz-Carlton’s Hong Kong branch opened as the world’s tallest hotel on March 29. Located at the very top of the International Commerce Centre building from the 102nd floor to the 118th floor, the hotel aims to become a beacon of contemporary style and excellence in Hong Kong, the hotel said. The interiors were by Singapore’s LTW. The 312 guest rooms all offer city and harbor views. Club room guests are offered a panoramic view from the Club Lounge with complimentary food and beverage presentations 24 hours a day. 

Park Hyatt Seoul

The Lounge at the 24th floor of the hotel offers special spring “namul” menus from April 1 to April 30. Spring vegetables, which have a crisp, tender texture, a distinctive, fresh aroma and plentiful nutrients, are best during spring when people tend to lose their appetites. The menus include the “Spring Namul Plate” featuring sedums, wild chive and Shepherd’s Purse, “Bomdong Muchim” with seasoned spring cabbage, oyster and wild chive, “Nakji Chohoi” with pine nut sauce, dioscorea batatags, aralia elata rolls and spring vegetables. Grand Hilton Seoul

The hotel’s buffet restaurant is hosting a festival of Indian cuisine throughout April with two visiting chefs from the Hilton Garden New Delhi. As India is well known for its exotic and flavorful food, the promotion introduces famous Indian classics such as Tandoori chicken, Naan bread and multiple kinds of curry. Renaissance Seoul Hotel

The hotel’s buffet restaurant Café Elysee is to offer a selection of traditional royal Korean dishes from April 1 to May 15. The menus include “Gujeolpan” (assorted vegetable with thin crepes), “Sinseollo” (royal casserole), “Neobiani” (grilled sliced beef), steamed prawn, fried deodeok (mountain herb) and traditional rice cracker.
