카라 日 새 싱글, 베스트앨범 동시 발매

걸그룹 카라가 다음달 27일 새 싱글 '프렌치 키스'와 베스트앨범 '베스트 걸즈'를 동시에 선보인다.

새 싱글 타이틀곡 '프렌치 키스'는 카라의 첫 크리스마스 노래로 연인과 보내는 성탄절 이브의 분위기를 담은 미드 템포의 발라드곡이며, '걸프렌드'도 함께 수록된다.

베스트앨범 '베스트 걸즈'는 일본어 히트곡과 한국어 히트곡을 각각 담은 두 장의 음반으로 구성된다.

일본어 음반에는 2010년 8월 일본 데뷔곡 '미스터'를 비롯해 최신곡 '프렌치 키스', 그리고 주연 드라마 '우라카라' 주제가와 TV CF송 등 전부 14곡이 수록된다.

한국어 음반에는 현재의 다섯 명 멤버가 불러 히트시킨 '록유(Rock U)'에서 '숙녀가 못 돼(damaged lady)'까지 전부 11곡이 수록된다.

KARA to release two new albums in Japan

Popular K-pop girl group KARA will simultaneously release a new single album and a best-of album next month, the girls' management agency said Thursday.

The title of the new single is "French Kiss," a mid-tempo ballad that depicts the romantic atmosphere of a couple spending Christmas Eve together, according to the DSP Media.

The best-of album, titled "Best Girls," consists of two CDs, each containing the group's Japanese and Korean-language hits.

The Japanese version has 14 titles, including the group's Japanese debut song "Mr." and its new single "French Kiss," and the Korean disc has 11 songs, including "Rock U" and "Damaged Lady," the company said. (Yonhap News)
