The Ritz-Carlton added a 10th property in China with the opening of the Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin. The hotel, located at the historical heart of the former British concession and modern downtown business district by Haihe River, takes its architectural inspiration from Art Deco, the neo-classical style of the early 1900s. The new property introduces a new Ritz-Carlton Club, a residential concept featuring an open kitchen serving five food and beverages throughout the day, a private dining room and a bar.

The hotel features four restaurants, including an all-day international buffet restaurant, and a contemporary Cantonese restaurant. It also has a 1,050-square-meter grand ballroom, a unique courtyard that can host corporate meetings, events and weddings.
