Lotte Hotel Seoul’s Pierre’s Bar invites the world-renowned mixologist Alex Kratena to showcase his dynamic performance and diverse new-concept creations. The “Guest Bartending” event will be held from March 7 to 10. Kratena will visit Korea for World Class 2012, a major global bartender festival. He won in the preliminaries in the U.K. two years in a row in 2009 and 2010 and emerged as one of U.K.’s leading mixologists. During the event period, Alex Kratena will create diverse cocktails based on Tanqueray No. Ten, highlighted by flavors of grapefruit, orange and lime and mellowed by juniper and chamomile and named the world’s best gin. In addition, he will demonstrate Tanqueray No. Ten based cocktails and give a seminar on bartending to 40 bartenders participating in World Class 2012.
