Tiramisu and blueberry ice flakes at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul

Starting on June 3, The Garden at The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul will serve tiramisu ice flakes and blueberry ice flakes. Tiramisu ice flakes are a rich, creamy combination of milk, espresso, nuts, freshly roasted homemade granola, mascarpone cheese, tiramisu ice cream and red beans on finely shaved ice. Blueberry ice flakes feature fresh and condensed milk, red beans, some nuts, homemade granola and vanilla ice cream on shaved ice, garnished with fresh blueberries. Special summer packages at Sheraton Grande Walkerhill

Riverpark, the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool offers three summer packages from June 22 to Sept. 1.
The “Summer Stay” package, starting at 235,000 won, includes a one-night stay, breakfast and Sachajuan, a premium hair care product from Sweden. The “Cool Summer” package, starting at 242,000 won, includes a one-night stay, breakfast and free admission to Riverpark. The “Hot Summer” package, starting at 550,000 won, available July 6 to Sept. 1, includes a two-night stay, breakfast, Riverpark admission and a combination pizza set. Lunch package at Banyan Tree Seoul

The hotel presents a lunch package that includes a concert ticket to either “Midday Concert” or “Matinee Korean Dance” at the National Theater of Korea, located across the hotel, plus a lunch at the hotel’s European restaurant Festa Bistro and Bar. The restaurant will serve homemade pasta such as garganelli pasta, squid ink tagliolini, spinach tagliatelle, lobster tortellini and chicken ravioli along with a cup of coffee. Price for “Midday Concert” package on June 19 is 30,000 won per person and “Matinee Korean Dance“ package is 40,000 won during the following two days. Summer package at Grand Hyatt Seoul

The hotel has introduced a summer getaway package that includes a one-night stay at a grand room with a view of Mount Namsan, 50 percent off at the hotel’s sauna, complimentary access to the gym, indoor and outdoor pools, complimentary gifts of Shiseido’s sun care travel kit, and two free tropical cocktails at the poolside bar. Those who stay Sunday to Thursday will receive a 20-percent-off early-bird discount when booked at least seven days in advance with full payment, nonrefundable or exchangeable. Eel and sea bass promotion at Millennium Seoul Hilton

The hotel’s Japanese restaurant Genji recently launched a special three-month promotion showcasing sea eel and sea bass. The promotion is available until end of August. Traditionally regarded in Korea as a nutritious food that boosts stamina, eel is also believed to enhance beauty. The restaurant will feature two special menus in addition to its regular offerings. Each menu will showcase either sea eel or sea bass. For 180,000 won, the sea eel menu will feature 10 courses including sashimi, a grilled dish, a deep-fried dish and more.
