International gourmet festival at The Plaza

The hotel’s all-day dining buffet The Seven Square introduces “Seven Continents Promotion” for the month of July. It will showcase 35 representative dishes from 28 countries across the hot, cold, and dessert corners. The menus include Italian antipasto, Australian kangaroo tail stew, Greek salad, Jordanian hummus, Bulgarian tarator soup, Thai tom yang kung, fish ceviche from Peru, and escargot from France. There is also a special summer cocktail that is reminiscent of the Arctic, available for 12,000 won per glass. The breakfast buffet is priced at 50,000 won, lunch is 80,000 won, and dinner is 85,000 won per person. Poolside party with DJ DOC at Sheraton Grande Walkerhill

The hotel’s outdoor swimming pool Riverpark is hosting a poolside party with hip-hop group DJ DOC for adults on July 20 and 21. Other big-name guest singers including girl group 4Minute will also join the party. Tickets are priced at 77,000 won per person. There is also a package that includes lunch at the poolside buffet and admission to the party available for 165,000 won. ‘Crazy Summer’ promotion at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul

Summer noodle dishes at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s International Buffet Orangerie, Japanese restaurant Genji and Chinese restaurant Taipan will feature special noodle menus this summer. The prices range from 22,000 won to 69,000 won, each restaurant offering different refreshing noodle dishes suitable for beating the summer heat. Orangerie’s menu includes cold noodles in a beef broth and cold noodles in a soy milk broth, while Genji offers the popular summer noodle dish of cold buckwheat noodles with a dipping broth that is actually on the menu all year round. Cooking class for kids at Hyatt Regency Incheon

Hyatt Regency Incheon is holding a “Summer Kid’s Cooking Class” on July 20 and 27, and Aug. 3 and 10 to offer children an unforgettable experience while they make healthy food. The classes will be run by Chef Timothy Paroulek and Chef Pascal Cialdella teaching young ones how to make a focaccia sandwich and Eton mess, which is well known as British Prince William’s favorite dessert. After the class, aprons, hats and recipes used during class will be offered as souvenirs.
