Busan Foundation for International Activities is looking for members of an advisory council.
The council has members, including students, immigrant wives, migrant workers and English teachers. Meetings will be held twice a year, on Feb. 24 and in November.
As well as meetings, council members will be asked to submit reports on given questions and develop ideas and advice for BFIA programs and ways to improve life in Busan.
Council members will receive 70,000 won for each council meeting they attend, as well as priority in BFIA activities.
Applicants must have already lived in Busan for more than two years and be planning to stay until December 2013. They must also be able to communicate in Korean or English, and should have experienced BFIA programs.
Preference will be given to existing council members, and those recommended by their communities. Council diversity is also a priority.
