Vodka-caviar pairing at Oakwood Premier Coex Center Seoul

The hotel offers premium caviar canapes paired with Absolut Vodka at the bar on the fifth floor until Feb. 28. The caviar canapes will be served with Russian traditional wheat pancake Blini which is eaten during Russian holiday Maslenitsa, known as Pancake Week. Three set menus, which all include the vodka and caviar canapes, are served during the promotion. The bronze set includes grilled sausages and hot dishes; the silver set includes fresh fruits and assorted cheese, and the gold set is served with sweet melon and slices of Parma ham. Free cranberry juice and tonic water are provided for each table. The prices range from 230,000 won to 280,000 won, including tax and service charge. Venetian cuisines at Millennium Seoul Hilton

Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Italian restaurant Il Ponte is serving diverse cuisines from Venice, Italy, until Feb. 28. The restaurant’s Venetian menu includes pan-fried sea scallops with garlic, parsley and white wine sauce, spaghetti with duck, vegetables and parmesan cheese, grilled beef tenderloin with red wine and vegetable sauce served with potatoes. The course menu is priced at 87,000 won, including tax and service charge. Every weekend Il Ponte will also host a pizza party from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for children aged 12 and under. Authentic Chinese cuisines at Grand Hyatt Seoul

Grand Hyatt Seoul will provide authentic Chinese cuisines by guest chefs from Hyatt Regency Jingjin City from Feb. 19 to March 2. Veteran Chinese chefs Bernard Ding and Stan Shi will present signature dishes from Beijing and Guangdong. Some of their specialties will include fried fish with spicy sauce, pork boiled in soy sauce, spicy stir-fried chicken with peanuts and chili, Sichuan-style noodles and more. Business meeting packages at Hyatt Regency Incheon

Hyatt Regency Incheon is offering special meeting packages for those planning business gatherings at the hotel. The full-day package is priced at 90,000 won per person for 20-80 people and 100,000 won for 10-20 people. Included in the package are: a lunch set at Restaurant 8, event room rental with a professional instructor to help run the meeting and two coffee breaks. An LCD projector, screen, microphone, writing materials, a bottle of water, free wireless Internet and parking are also available to all meeting participants. The half-day package is priced at 55,000 won per person for 20-80 people and 67,000 won per person for 10-20 people. Both meeting package prices include tax. Package users can also book a guestroom for one person at a discounted price of 180,000 won excluding tax, on weekdays (Monday-Thursday). Foreign chefs and dishes at Sheraton Incheon Hotel

Sheraton Incheon Hotel is inviting foreign chefs to the hotel’s restaurants to offer authentic cuisines from around the world, in preparation for the upcoming Incheon Asian Games 2014. Starting with an Italian guest chef in March, Chinese and Japanese guest chefs will be invited to the hotel’s restaurants in June, while guest chefs from Hong Kong, Italy, Germany and Australia will be on duty from August to November. From Feb. 28 to March 9, the hotel’s Italian restaurant BENE will host Italian chef Marco Cammarata, who has a 25-year career in Italian cuisine and has worked at many upscale hotels. He is currently the head chef of a famous 150-seat restaurant in Thailand. He has stayed in Asia for years, developing authentic Italian cuisine adapted to Asian tastes.
