1. 삼성, 갤럭시 6 공개

1. 간통죄 폐지

기사요약: 62년 만에 간통죄 폐지가 확정됐다. 지난 26일 헌법재판소는 17건의 간통죄 위헌 심판 사건에 대해 재판관 7대2 의견으로 위헌 결정을 내렸다. 1953년 제정된 형법 241조 간통죄는 1990년부터 2008년까지 네 차례에 걸쳐 위헌 심판이 있었지만 당시는 합헌 결정을 내렸다. 헌재법에 따라 종전 합헌 결정이 선고된 다음 날인 2008년 10월 31일 이후 간통 혐의로 기소되거나 형을 확정받은 수천여명이 구제받을 수 있게 될 것으로 보인다.

Court scraps adultery ban

[1] The Constitutional Court on Thursday struck down South Korea’s controversial adultery law, ending a decadeslong debate.

[1] Boris Nemtsov, a charismatic Russian opposition leader and sharp critic of President Vladimir Putin, was gunned down Saturday near the Kremlin, just a day before a planned protest against the government.
