SK텔레콤이 특수목적용 기계 제조업체 톱텍을 인수하는 방안을 최종 검토 중인 것으로 확인됐다. 톱텍은 스마트팩토리(공장자동화) 기술을 보유한 업체이다. 16일 업계에 따르면 SK텔레콤의 톱텍 지분 매입과 관련해 지주사인 SK홀딩스가 막바지 단계에서 내부 조율하고 있다.
