2010년 천안함 침몰 사건을 소재로 한 다큐멘터리 영화 ‘천안함 프로젝트’의 메가박스 상영중단 사건이 영화에 대한 관객들의 호기심을 자극한 것으로 나타났다.5일 개봉된 백승우 감독의 ‘천안함 프로젝트’는 개봉 이틀 만에 멀티플렉스 체인 메가박스에서의 상영이 중단됐다. 이는 메가박스가 일부 단체의 강한 항의 및 시위 예고로 인해 관람객 간 현장 충돌이 예상되어 영화의 상영을 중단한다고 통보했기 때문이다.영화는 10일 현재 전국 7개의 상영관에서만 상영되고 있지만, 영화에 대한 대중들의 관심은 더욱 높아진 것으로 조사됐다.맥스무비가 ‘천안함 프로젝트’의 메가박스 상영중단 관련 온라인 설문조사를 진행한 결과, 대상자의 과반수인 53.9 % (212명)이 “볼 생각이 없었는데 보고 싶어졌다”라고 응답했다.‘천안함 프로젝트’는 2010년 3월 26일, 대한민국 해군의 초계함의 백령도 근처 해상에 침몰한 사건을 다룬 영화이다. 이 사고로 인해 배에 타고 있던 해군 병 46명이 목숨을 잃었다.

군인의 10명 중 1명은 자살생각, 20명중의 1명은 우울장애를 앓고 있는 것으로 나타났다.국회 국방위원회 소속 송영근 새누리당 의원은 9일 국방부로부터 제출받은 ‘2012 군우울증 유병률 조사’자료를 인용, 전체 군부대의 주요우울장애 유병률은 4.6%이고, 자살생각을 하는 군인은 전체의 9.3%라고 밝혔다.국방부가 2012년 9월부터 2013년 5월까지 총 1310명을 대상으로 조사를 실시했다. 육해공군별로는 육군이 7%로 가장 많았고, 해군은 3.9%, 공군 2%였다.이번 우울장애 유병률 조사결과는 2007년 수치 5.3%에 비해서는 소폭 감소한했지만, 2011년 보건복지부가 발표한 ‘2011년 정신질환 역학실태조사’에서 일반 남성의 우울증 유병률 1.8% 보다는 3배 가량 높은 수치다.2012년 정신질환으로 인한 군 병원 입원건수는 4만 5건이며, 정신질환으로 전역한 군인은 185명이었다.송영근 의원은 국방부가 정기적인 정신건강 실태조사를 실시해 위험군을 선별해 조기에 이를 치
