Korean conglomerates’ investments in tax havens on the rise

AJ Rentacar acquires Tirebay

KDB to oversee won bond issue of Nomura’s subsidiary
[THE INVESTOR] The Korea Development Bank will oversee the issuance of Nomura International Funding’s won-denominated bonds. Nomura International Funding is a Singapore-based subsidiary of Nomura Holdings. KEB Hana Bank raises US$650m from multi-year bonds
[THE INVESTOR]] KEB Hana Bank announced on Oct. 12 that it has raised US$650 million from foreign-currency denominated bonds.
