Mister Pizza advances into cosmetics business
Mr. Pizza Korea Group on Wednesday said it has acquired 80 percent of cosmetics maker Hangang InterTrade for 22.8 billion won in order to seek business opportunities in the burgeoning cosmetics industry. Fast-food restaurant Lotteria signed a franchising pact with Lao company, Soxay Chaleun Group, to make inroads in ASEAN countries.
