Delay to promised early learning trial on Tasmania's Bruny Island has parents feeling 'disenchanted'

In August last year, Bruny Island and four other Tasmanian locations were announced as trial sites for a kindergarten for three-year-olds. Bruny Island doesn't have any form of childcare, so locals with young families were keen for the program to get underway this year, as promised.
