Flights to and from Bali cancelled after volcanic eruption creates thick ash cloud

A number of flights to and from Bali have been cancelled, following the eruption of an Indonesian volcano. The eruption started days ago, but ongoing volcanic activity meant the spread of dangerous ash cloud has made it unsafe for aircrafts to safely navigate Bali’s Denpasar Airport.
