Teenager charged with car crash manslaughter surrenders himself into custody despite being on bail

A teenager charged with manslaughter over a crash that killed a young footballer has surrendered himself into custody, despite being free on bail. It's alleged the teenager was driving the car which killed 18-year-old Nick Campo and injured five others at North Lakes, south of Perth in July.
