13 people have been arrested in Victoria and Western Australia over an alleged 10-million-dollar illicit tobacco trade. Police have described the syndicate as ‘extremely dangerous’ with links to the Middle Eastern organised crime that has seen a turf war erupt across Melbourne with a spate of fire-bombings.
