Daughter of Floreat killer says police were warned about behaviour, guns
By ABC NEWS (Australia)Published : May 29, 2024 - 10:11
The daughter of a double murderer who shot dead a mother and her teenager in Perth says she warned police on three separate occasions about his behaviour, his stockpile of guns, and how they felt their lives were in danger. Ariel Bombara says she's distraught and deeply sorry her father's violence claimed the lives of her mother's best friend Jennifer Petelczyc and her 18-year-old daughter Gretl in Floreat last week. The 27-year-old says she's angry and disheartened the system failed her and her mother, and countless other women around the country.
