The new head of Qantas Vanessa Hudson has had her first day on the job following the early departure of long-term CEO Alan Joyce. Ms Hudson’s pledge to win back the trust of customers comes as pressure mounts on the airline's board to claw back some of the performance bonuses paid to Mr Joyce.
