Darwin dips to record low temperatures

Hundreds rugged up across the Top End this morning as temperatures dropped to their lowest on record in and around the greater Darwin region. Darwin Airport recorded its coldest morning of the year and coldest July temperature in 15 years but not everyone embraced the chill.
