Report says Brisbane bearing brunt of housing crisis

New research from Anglicare suggests Brisbane is bearing the brunt of the rental crisis with the weekly median rent in the city up 150 dollars a week. The charity surveyed 3-thousand properties over a single weekend last month and found just point three of a per cent are affordable for someone living on income support. Homelessness has increased eight percent in the city and 22 per cent in the state.
