Tropical Cyclone Ilsa is intensifying off the Western Australia north coast and is expected to make landfall tomorrow or Friday. Severe weather warnings are in place between Port Hedland and Broome which could be hit by gale force winds, storm surges and heavy rain. The Bureau of Meteorology says the downpour could extend hundreds of kilometres inland.
