The Federal Opposition leader has weighed in on the crime crisis gripping Alice Springs in the Northern Territory calling it a national disgrace. The comments come after the Alice Springs mayor called for support from the Australian federal police in a meeting with the attorney general Mark Dreyfus. The request was denied.
