A truck driver who was drug-affected and sleep-deprived when he struck and killed four police officers on a Melbourne freeway has had his sentenced slashed, after vowing to give evidence against his boss. Mohinder Singh was originally jailed for more than two decades over the deaths of the officers on the Eastern Freeway, but will now leave prison years sooner.
