Western Australia's troubled health system will be under intense scrutiny at a coronial inquest into the death of a 7-year-old girl at the state's main children's hospital. Today's hearing will be the first time those directly involved in the case will testify in public about what happened and why the little girl did not get the treatment she needed despite repeated pleas from her parents.
