Thousands of costumed cos-play devotees have descended on a remote community in western Victoria as it seeks to drag itself out of the economic slump caused by the pandemic. The tiny Wimmera town of Dimboola was last night transformed for it's first steampunk festival - a form of cos-play that melds the past with the future.
