Doctors have accused the nation's leaders of prioritising politics over health, warning there'll be more COVID-19 cases as a result of changes to close contact definitions and isolation requirements. The new, uniform definitions came into force in most states at midnight, with Tasmania to join tomorrow, and WA and the NT to make a decision on their timelines, later.
