Hosigi Doomari Chicken stood out as the No.1 chicken franchise brand with the highest customer satisfaction level for its low price but high quality of food, according to a Korea Customer Agency report.
Established in 1999, Hosigi Doomari Chicken has been operating under the slogan: “Impress customers, impress chain store owners, with alienated neighbors.”

As “Doomari Chicken” refers to two chickens in Korean, the company impressed its customers by offering two for the price of one, which was a creative yet bold marketing strategy, said the report.
Furthermore, the ensured quality of domestic chickens used in the manufacturing process increased consumer demand of the franchise.
Additionally, Hosigi Doomari Chicken adopts a “win-win” management structure, which focuses on guaranteeing margins of its chain stores.
Hosigi Doomari Chicken minimized costs spent on its chain stores’ interior and other installation expenses, which in turn maximized high and stable returns. As a result, Hosigi Doomari Chicken showed the lowest closedown rate of 1.6 percent, according to the report.
Meanwhile, Hosigi Doomari Chicken is currently pursuing overseas expansion after successfully launching its brand in Japan last year.
