The Oakwood Premier Coex Center Seoul aims to upgrade its sophistication and luxury with the extensive renovation of its apartments.

The serviced residence has undertaken a renovation project 11 years after opening. It also has a penthouse that is as large as 397 square meters. Each residence has separate living, dining and sleeping areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

In October, it was named South Korea’s 2013 leading serviced apartments by the prestigious World Travel Awards. It’s the second time the residence won the award, which is based on votes cast by over 790,000 travel professionals and consumers in more than 170 countries.

It was also included in the “Top 25 Luxury Hotels in South Korea 2013” in the Travelers’ Choice Awards by TripAdvisor.

Located in the business district of Gangnam, Samseong-dong, the residence is connected to the Coex Convention Center, Korea World Trade Center and City Air Terminal.
